My Story
I know what it’s like to keep showing up, achieving, and leading—while silently overwhelmed.

I know what it’s like to appear accomplished on the outside while feeling emotionally stuck on the inside.
There came a point where my soul asked for care I couldn't ignore.

That turning point led me to prioritize mental health, soul care, and sustainable self-care, not as luxuries, but as necessities for wholeness.
Today, I walk alongside accomplished, high-achieving women of faith who are ready to experience mental relief, heal from overwhelm, challenge the connection to work-life imbalance, and reconnect with themselves and God.
I support women who are tired of performing strength and are ready to lead from a place of truth—without pretending they’re okay—so they can live authentically, set healthier boundaries, and reclaim their peace.
